Fry Pond Conservation Area is an ecological gem, including hiking trails and stunning sunsets viewable from Fry Pond Road.

Fry Pond, also known as Cedar Swamp, is fed by the Nooseneck River and serves as a refuge for a wide variety of flora and fauna. Heron, otters, beavers, geese, red-wing blackbirds, deer, and more call this area of West Greenwich home. It is a popular rest stop for migratory birds and the westerly hillside offers miles of hiking trails, classic New England stone walls, highland blueberries, and a sculpture provided by the Rhode Island Land Trust Council. Access the hiking trails beginning behind the Town Pavilion at 280 Victory Highway. Trail Map
